| my test date is on 2/10/2007. For school learners there is 2 parts of event you need to go. First part is warm up, means before the actual test, you will recap the things you learn and drive around before the TP starts. Warm up time is from 12.30pm to 1.15pm. Second part is the actual TP, it starts from1.55pm to 2.40pm. during this time the traffic police will sit beside you and see your driving. When TP pulls the handbrake or step pedal break, means you immidiate failure for the test and there are other ways to immidiate failure. Another words you did one bad mistake or unsafe driving, you'll just fail by not looking at the points you had accumulated.

| On the first day(09/05/2007) 4.15pm, sesson 4 of my manual lesson, i first time control the real car in my life. before the lesson start, i need to find where is the zone(location), car number is located at the CDC(Comfort Driving Center"Singapore").When the lesson started, the instructor will bring you to a stright road and less car area, so that i will be able to lean my driving about how to move off a car forward, then backward as well.
For the first step to move off:
- Step the Clutch all the way in and fast
- Engage gear to 1
- Step the acclator by looking the technometer pin shows "1.5rpmX1000 aka 1500rpm"
- Release the clutch 1 inch fast
- if the car is not moving, very very slowly release the clutch bit by bit until the car moves
- if the car is moving, hold your acclator and clutch then count: "one thousand, two thousand"(that is to make sure that between the car tyre and road resistance is cleared, the engine cannot take a strong resistance when moving off)
- after that release the clutch slowly.
- now the car is ready to go higher speed.
Now(11/05/2007), 8.30pm, sesson 1, same thing, manual car lesson. This time the lesson is abit boring because the car infront of me is very slow and it sometimes cause me to stall down the engine during turning. During lesson, i learn how to change gear from 1 to 2. The instrutor said i need to change gear because when i am traveling at 10-20(km/h), i am actually "dragging"(means 1st gear is only for moving off from 0km/h). When i changed to 2nd gear, it is easier to control the acclator fast or slow, but there are some steps:
- (In gear 1 and acclating) release acclator slowly
- clutch in either fast or slow to the end
- shift from 1st gear to 2nd gear(by pushing it down)
- step acclate padel abit
- slowly slowly release the clutch(do not do it too fast, engine may stalled). "It can be fast but its not recomaneded"
- acclate more if needed.
that's it how you change gear 1 to 2.
after that, the instructor teach how to turn and MORE challanging turns. Starting learn how to turn on the clockwise direction of the car center circuit(Less challanging but watch out for danger), after that is anti-clockwise direction(MORE challanging but during that time, i need to overtake by using other direction lane). When overtaking on the anti-clockwise direction look out for oncomming cars, then turn in the other direction lane signal right until turning back into your own direction lane signal left. When its stright cancel the signal. | | |

Can you develop an allergy to alcohol?
Allergies to alcoholic beverages are uncommon, but they do occur. However, it's not the
alcohol that causes allergies, but the other chemicals in the drink. Your body actually
produces ethanol naturally in small doses; if it was the alcohol you were allergic to, you'd
feel it constantly.

Some of the substances in drinks that can trigger allergies are yeast, wheat-derived
substances, and certain added enzymes and preservatives. Sulfites, used to preserve wine, are
known to trigger asthma attacks. Red wine also produces histamine, the main substance that
induces allergic symptoms.
Alcohol can also aggravate allergies, as it reduces the allergic threshold to allergens, and
the vasodilation it causes can make symptoms worse.

What am I suffer when allergic after drinking alcohol
?
Urticaria or
hives(aka hong mo) is a relatively common form of
allergic reaction that causes raised red skin welts. Urticaria is also known as nettle rash
or uredo. These welts can be 5 mm (0.2 inches) in diameter or more, itch severely, and often
have a pale border. Urticaria is generally caused by direct contact with an allergenic
substance, or an immune response to food or some other allergen. Hives can be caused by
stress.

| Pathophysiology |
The skin lesions of urticarial disease is caused by an inflammatory reaction in the skin,
causing leakage from capillaries in the epidermis, resulting in an edema which persists until
the interstitial fluid is absorbed into the surrounding cells.
Urticarial disease are thought to be caused by the release of histamine and other
mediators of inflammation (cytokines) from cells in the skin. This process can be the result
of an allergic or non-allergic reaction, differing in eliciting mechanism of histamine
release.

Histamine and other pro-inflammatory substances are released from mast cells in the skin and
tissues in response to the binding of allergen-bound IgE antibodies to high affinity cell
surface receptors. Basophils and other inflammatory cells are also seen to release histamine
and other mediators, and are thought to play an important role, especially in chronic
urticarial diseases.

Mechanisms other than allergen-antibody interactions are known to cause
histamine release from mast cells. For instance, a diverse group of signaling substances
called neuropeptides have been found to be involved in emotionally induced
urticaria.

a resident cell of areolar connective tissue(loose connective tissue) that contains many
granules rich in histamine and heparin. Although best known for their role in allergy and
anaphylaxis, mast cells play an important protective role as well, being intimately involved
in wound healing and defense against pathogens. |

| this is my dream about....
on 2nd of june, that night i went to arcade, its a midnight arcade. That night i went to change the coins for token to play. Before changing to tokens, i need to register, when i Q up for register, i somehow remember the little girl's face standing in front of me and she was registering as well. After playing finish my tokens, i went back home and sleep off.
on 4th of june, early morning, i found myself quite bloody when i wake up at home, i use my hand touch my head and there was alot of blood on my hands. I was thinking "There is something worng with me". So i plan to see doctor to check my body and my head for any problems. But i forgot to check after that.
5th of June, that night i went to arcade, its a midnight arcade. That night i went to change the coins for token to play. When changing the money changer of token cheated my money and i argue with her. The change of token is "1 token = 50cents" therefore "2 tokens = $1" when i change $1, she change me with 2 tokens that are smaller then before. I told her about it and she check did I register there before. So when he scrolling the members i saw the girl photo that i remember then i quickly told the token changer to scroll top of the girl but its was not my record, then i asked her to scroll down and was not my record too. Then i did not play and sent home.
on 29th Oct, my friend told me that on june 3rd I are killed by someone a Punggol and i was supposed to be dead already. I asked him what happen on that day. He told me that my other friend and I was drunk, only the person told me that he's not drunk. This is what he says after telling me I was drunk: "That night, you and our friends were drunk and 3 of u ppl doing stupid things at Sentosa. After that your body was found by police at Punggol and the police declare that you were dead, the police can't find the reason why you are dead." When i hear my friend told me this, i was shocked and i am now thinking "If i am dead, why i am still on earth and ppl still can see me ??!?!?!?!"

I have alot of question to ask myself in this dream but no one can answer it forever coz its my own dream and i can't answer it.
